Black and White Photography

My crinoline skirt baths in the sunlight

Pretty flower on Queen Street

Marbles in shadow and sun

I love shapes and shadows!

My retro-looking heels from Value Village

Old shoes and boots

These are photos I took awhile back from high school and Ryerson. Oh it brings me back looking at these photos. I used an analogue black and white camera and printed them traditionally: in a photo lab!

Black ‘n white betrays pure art, no colour adding nor modification. Lines, curves and shadows provide the image space supported by your observation, comprehension, artful design, finally yet most importantly, your creative ways of illustration. It signatures tradition.
