I’m now part of the amazing collective Girls Drawin Girls! Founded by a group of talented ladies from L.A., the collective does what the name says. Next stop, pin-up girl fantasy land! Check out my page on their site.

As well, three of my Food Girls prints – Ice Cream, Waffle and Lollipop – will be at the merch table in the group show Sugar & Spice: Volume III. The show takes place at Gallery 839 located in Burbank, CA. Opening night is Friday July 9 (7pm – 11pm) and runs till July 31, 2010.

I have some Food Girls artwork on display at Slack’s, Toronto’s only true women’s bar. ‘Tis a hip atmosphere for banter, eating and hitting the dance floor, oh yesh. And all the ladies are super nice!

My work will be on display til the end of April 2010. Come on down and party it up at 562 Church Street!

Look out, February! I have two art shows coming up and they’re both erotically themed. Perhaps because of Valentine’s Day? More than likely methinks. First up is the Dirty Show at Bert’s Warehouse Theater in Detroit where I’ll be showing a lovely giclee canvas print of Hot Dog Girl. The show runs from February 12 – 20, 2010.

Second is the Toronto Erotic Arts and Crafts Fair, taking place at the Gladstone Hotel on February 13, 2010. Check out the Facebook Invite for complete info. I’ll be sharing a table with my friend and illustrator Charlene Chua. Be sure to come see my trusty line-up of Food Girl prints, magnets, and also the debut of *drum roll* Lingerie Girls! Howdy! I was at Canzine over the weekend, a Canadian festival celebrating indie zines, comics and small press. At my table were my graphic novel “After June” and prints of the Food Girls including the 2 new ones: Candy Apple and Lollipop.

It was great fun meeting new friends and reconnecting with old ones. Always a nice treat to be immersed among talented artists! The event took place on November 1 ‘09 at the swanky Gladstone Hotel on 1214 Queen St. West, Toronto.
